City Mayor Jay L. Diaz and the entire officialdom of the City Government of Ilagan along with the City of Ilagan Chinese Community, welcomed Consul Ren Faqiang, Consul and Head of Post in Laoag with his wife Consul Ma Ning, Councilor Ji Ling Peng of Chinese Embassy in Manila, and Ms. Shao Dai Hong, Third Secretary of Chinese Embassy in Manila, during their visit in the City of Ilagan on February 14, 2023.
